Unerupted /impacted lower right premolars with possible mandibular nerve involvement at #45.

Unerupted /impacted lower #48 and supernumerary #49 with possible mandibular nerve involvement at #48. Four first premolars have probably been extracted.

Missing upper laterals and impacted lower 3^rd molars

Peg lateral #22 with fair root length. All other roots are particularly narrow and curved.

Missing #34 and impacted #35 with possible partial root development. Two upper premolars have probably been extracted or missing. #28 erupting in X-bite.

Full palatal position #12 and #22 with possible root shortening #11 and #21.

Buccal impaction of #23 in good position and #22 root normal.

Multiple missing teeth. Possible #11 root shortening. Possible bone loss in areas of #12, #16.

#38 in low horizontal impaction with mandibular nerve involvement.
